Not exactly NIN related but a highly asked question nonetheless. Carly Simon wrote the song "You're So Vain" that contains the lyrics "You're so vain, I bet you think this song is about you" that appears at the end of "Starfuckers, Inc." The song appears on her 1972 release No Secrets.
