In reference to Dan's question about an "alternate" cover with the "NIN" logo, that would be 2004's "Deluxe Edition" (Halo 8 DE) hybrid SACD/CD 2-disc version with a new Super-Audio CD Surround Sound/Stereo remix of the album by Trent Reznor, and a second disc of remixes, rare tracks, and demos.
