Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life. Electric word, life. It means forever and that's a mighty long time. But I'm here to tell you there's something else - the afterworld. A world of never-ending happiness. You can always see the sun, day or night. So when you call up that shrink in Beverly Hills, you know the one, Dr. Everything'll-Be-All-right, instead of asking him how much of your time is left, ask him how much of your mind, baby. 'Cause in this life, things are much harder than in the afterworld. This life you're on your own. And if the elevator tries to bring you down, go crazy - punch a higher floor.

Fantastic, Mike! I was just thinking of you both the other day. So glad to hear this news.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers, white light, positive vibes or whatever good stuff you put out there on her behalf! ;) You guys rock!

Ordinarily, I work with 3 clients every day. On this particular day, however, one client was on vacation, one client was on an "outing" with another staff, and one client was at work, so from 4pm to 5pm, I was literally paid $10.25 to watch an episode of "Law & Order". Even after the client at work came home at 5:00, it was such a "low-maintenance" shift. Probably the best day of work I've ever had. The hardest part was not falling asleep.

Nice!

I to had a hella easy day. We were busy, but since we were also out of a ton of stuff I couldn't fill very much. So I kinda just stood around a lot and cleaned. Hell I got paid to dust metal shelfs (BIG steal shelfs...) So it was fucking cake!

Also I'm off the next two days!

Not that it's enough, but I've lost over 50 pounds since late November. Still so far from my goal, but I'm gonna step up the exercise routine and cut back calories to absolute bare minimum again. Anyway, I guess I can smile a little knowing I'm making some progress.

Mike I'm sooo happy for you two!!! :D

Congrats on the house, Dokken! :)

Good news re my daughter... the stem cell graft has taken and the biopsy done a couple of weeks back shows zero leukemic cells..100% donor cells! WOOT! She will still have GVH disease to cope with but she's alive and going to stay that way! Sooooo relieved! :)

That's absolutely GREAT news!! You two are still in my heart, celebrating!!! :)
