The band, A Perfect Circle, is a side project of Maynard James Keenan from Tool. Other members were Billy Howerdel (former NIN tech), Jeordie White (current NIN bass player), Josh Freese (current NIN drummer), and Danny Lohner (former NIN bass player). Released the Tapeworm song "Vacant" and supported Nine Inch Nails on Fragility 2.0 US tour.
